OpenReq has developed a publicly accessible knowledge base for requirement engineers, software developers and others interested in requirements management.

The knowledge base contains data, papers, projects, people to be used by companies, academia (teaching) and other research projects.

OpenReq is an EU Horizon 2020 project. The goal of OpenReq is to build an intelligent recommendation and decision system for community-driven require­ments engineering. OpenReq recommends, prioritises, and visualises requirements using novel techniques developed at leading research institutes.
